All those registered in the municipal list of interested parties will be informed in writing by e-mail about the start of the application process.

Information about the start of the current application phase will also be published on www.bocholt.de, in the regional press and on social media so that all interested parties can take note of this.

The city of Bocholt is currently developing new housing estates in the following neighbourhoods:

Mussum - Loikumer Weg
Holtwick/Lowick - Fischerweg
Bocholt - Eschkante

The development measures in the Mussum development area are expected to be completed in summer 2025, meaning that marketing is planned for early 2025.

A municipal offer for the planned Holtwick/Lowick development area is not expected until 2026 at the earliest.

Marketing for the planned Eschkante development area can only take place once the development of the area has been secured. The northern ring road between Hemdener Weg and Adenauerallee is essential for external development. A date for the development has not yet been set.

Plots in these new development areas can only be offered once the procedures have been finalised and the development of the plots has been secured.

It is therefore not yet possible to quote prices or make any statements on confirmed schedules.

As soon as new residential building plots are advertised, you will be informed by e-mail and can then submit a specific application for the plots.
