Djamilia Mardanova

Hello, my name is Djamilia Mardanova. I have been working as a neighbourhood manager for the Bocholt Feldmark West neighbourhood since January 2025.

I have worked in various areas of the city of Bocholt for over twenty years, gaining valuable experience in advising, supporting and integrating people - including as a case manager in job placement at the job centre.

For the last ten years, I have been working in outpatient refugee aid and supporting people in difficult life situations. Thanks to my multilingual skills and working with people from different cultures, I have developed a deep understanding of different mentalities and realities of life. It is important to me to take people's perspectives seriously, to understand their needs and to look for solutions together.

Bringing people together and getting them excited about joint projects is both exciting and beneficial for the development of a neighbourhood. My aim is to make the Feldmark West neighbourhood even more liveable. The projects and offers that we initiate should unite the people in the neighbourhood and strengthen the sense of community. I hope that everyone feels comfortable and safe here, that neighbours can approach each other without fear or reservations and talk to each other - openly, honestly and without bad ulterior motives. Only when we get to know and understand each other can we build a strong community in which everyone feels respected and heard. These small moments of togetherness are what make our community come alive and motivate me in my work time and time again.

Welcome, I am Laurenz Hochrath and your contact person in the Feldmark neighbourhood. In my work as a labour educator at Ewibo, I have already gained a lot of experience with people in different life situations.

Now I'm looking forward to tackling projects together with you in Feldmark, revitalising the neighbourhood and being there for you. You are invited to get in touch with us, for example to take care of your health with exercise and prevention courses or to spend time together in good company.

Our programmes are diverse and accessible to everyone. They are tailored to your situation and your needs. My door is always open for questions and suggestions. I am personally on hand with my experience and commitment to help and advise you with any concerns you may have.
