Information for people with disabilities
No one is excluded in Bocholt. People with disabilities receive support and help in many places in Bocholt and in the region.
Exchange of experience
One way of coping with the particular burdens of a physical or mental illness or disability is to share experiences with people who have the same condition.
The district of Borken, in cooperation with the self-help contact point Kreis Coesfeld / Kreis Borken, maintains a database of local self-help groups and self-help organisations at Selbsthilfenetz.de This helps people to cope better with their illness or disability, as the groups can often offer a wide range of options for solving problems. If you need help, you are sure to find the right contact person here.
Participation in life
Supplementary independentparticipation counselling(EUTB) supports you with questions about participation. For example, if you have questions about assistance or aids or if you want to know what a participation plan is.
It is offered on a low-threshold basis and independently of service providers and service providers. Local counselling is possible at the EUTB Kreis Borken - Büro Borken.
