Extracts from the property register

The City of Bocholt, Department of Property and Land Management and the District of Borken, Department of Geoinformation and Real Estate Cadastre, provide access to the real estate cadastre, provide information and produce extracts.

The real estate register is the only complete register in which all parcels of land and buildings are described and depicted, taking into account their location, use and size. Furthermore, the owners and those with heritable building rights as well as the results of the land valuation are documented in the real estate register.

We provide you with the following extracts:

  • Official base map (ABK)
  • Proof of parcel and ownership

Extracts

Official cadastral map

  • The official cadastral map is a map to scale on which various properties are shown with their district, parcel and plot, as well as their location (address).
  • Available in the scales 1:500, 1:1000 and 1:2000

Official base map (ABK)

  • The official base map is an overview map that creates a link between the official cadastral map and the topographical map.
  • Available at a scale of 1:5000
  • Example ABK

Proof of parcel and ownership

  • The land parcel and ownership certificate contains information on the data stored in the real estate cadastre, as well as details of owners and/or owners with hereditary building rights for each land parcel
  • The owner, a person with rights equivalent to real property, a person with a legitimate interest or a person authorised by the owner can apply for the certificate.

You have the option of downloading various maps such as the official cadastral map or the official base map in various scales and formats online as PDF files from the Borken district.

If you have any questions about using the programme, please contact the Geoinformation and Real Estate Cadastre Department of the Borken district directly.

You also have the option of requesting the plans by e-mail from the city of Bocholt. To do this, please send an e-mail to katasterauskunft(at)bocholt(dot)de. Your e-mail should contain the following information:

  • Desired extract (incl. format and scale)
  • Data on the parcel (address or district, parcel and parcel)
  • Postal invoice address

You will receive the requested extract as a PDF file by e-mail. The invoice will be sent to you by post at a later date.

Proof of parcel and ownership

You can apply to the City of Bocholt by e-mail for parcel and ownership certificates. The owner, a person with rights equivalent to real property, someone with a legitimate interest or a person authorised by the owner and/or the owner can apply for the parcel and ownership certificate. To do so, please send an email to katasterauskunft(at)bocholt(dot)de. Your e-mail should contain the following information:

  • Data on the parcel (address or district, parcel and plot)
  • Postal invoice address
  • Signed authorisation from the owner and/or the owner, if applicable

You will receive the requested extract as a PDF file. The invoice will be sent to you by post at a later date.
