Information about property heights

Do you need height information for your property in urban development areas for the outstanding final road construction?

You can obtain this information from the Mobility Division (send e-mail) after completion of the corresponding development plan procedure, provided that it is a construction area that is being developed under the leadership of the municipal TEB (Department 31 - Property and Land Management).

Please also send us a scaled site plan of the green area in question in pdf format. We will then return the site plan with the required height entries. Corresponding enquiries regarding third party building sites should be made with the respective developers.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide information on the height level on already developed urban roads.
