Winegrowing in the German-Dutch border region
German-Dutch regulars' table visits the Montferland winery in Gendringen on 17 August // With wine tasting // Register now // Europe Direct Bocholt and VHS invite you to join them
On Thursday, 17 August, the next German-Dutch Stammtisch will take place. This time the topic will be viticulture. It starts at 7 pm at the Montferland winery (Munsterweg 4, Gendringen in the Netherlands). The guided tour with tasting costs 22.50 euros. The journey to the winery is on the participants' own initiative.

Information about the course
After tasting a first drop, the vineyards will be visited. Wine growing in the Netherlands is something special, as it has only become attractive due to global warming. After the tour, those present will be given wine to taste with bread. If desired, there is the possibility to purchase wine.
The owner of the winery speaks German, Dutch language skills are not required for the tour. People with limited mobility can also take part in the tour.
If carpooling is desired, the VHS can assist.
This is a cooperation event of the municipality of Aalten, the VHS Bocholt and the EUROPE DIRECT Bocholt.
