Healthcare proxy in Germany and the Netherlands
Training series "Border Talks" on Tuesday, 25 March, from 19:30 in the Kulturhus Dinxperlo (NL) // City of Bocholt, municipality of Aalten (NL) and EUROPE DIRECT Bocholt invite you to attend
On Tuesday, 25 March, interested citizens are invited to a German-Dutch discussion evening in Dinxperlo (NL). The topic will be the similarities and differences in the power of attorney. The speakers will be Eline Koers, notary from Doetinchem, and Gudula Kruse, notary in Bocholt.

The event is part of the public German-Dutch training series entitled "Grenzgespräche". Knowledge of Dutch is not a prerequisite for attending the event.
The speakers will provide an overview of the legal particularities of drawing up a power of attorney from a Dutch and German perspective. Interested guests will be able to chat with the experts and each other over a drink.
The speakers
Eline Koers is a notary and partner in the notary's office VAN WEEGHEL DOPPENBERG KAMPS in Doetinchem. She studied law in Utrecht. Gudula Kruse is an independent notary in Bocholt and studied in Münster. Both experts have more than 20 years of professional experience.

The "German-Dutch Border Talks" are organised by the VHS Bocholt-Rhede-Isselburg, the Dutch municipality of Aalten and EUROPE DIRECT Bocholt. The event will be moderated by Karl Eller.
