German-Dutch regulars' table invites you
Tuesday, 17 October, from 7:30 p.m. at the Kulturhaus Dinxperlo (NL) // Topic this time: Holidays and festivals in Germany and the Netherlands
On Tuesday, 17 October, interested citizens are invited to a German-Dutch discussion evening in the neighbouring border village of Dinxperlo (Netherlands). The "German-Dutch regulars' table" meets in Dor. This time the topic will be holidays and festivities in Germany and the Netherlands. The event starts at 7:30 pm in the Kulturhaus (Maurits Prinsstraat 6), admission is free.
Dutch language skills are not required. Registration is requested at www.vhs-bocholt.de or at the Weiterbildungszentrum am Stenerner Weg on tel. 02871 953-7697.
Interested citizens are welcome to attend this discussion evening. Over a drink they can discuss the topic of "Holidays and festivals on this side and the other side of the border". Many similarities, but also differences in the area of celebrations will come to light, according to the organisers.
It is possible to take part as a guest in the context of the German-Dutch regulars' table or, if you take part regularly, to be entered in an address list of the Adult Education Centre. In this way, members will be informed in advance about dates.
This event is offered jointly by the VHS Bocholt, the EUROPE DIRECT Bocholt and the Dutch municipality of Aalten.
