City Food Festival - in Bocholt city centre

In the spring of this year, the city council approved a city centre grant for 2024 to implement initial measures from the city centre strategy paper "Collective System Change". In the course of several surveys and participations in the strategy process, the desire for more activities was frequently expressed, particularly on the subject of culinary delights and events for the whole family.

Bocholt residents can therefore look forward to a culinary highlight in late summer - the "City Food Festival" will take place in Bocholt city centre from Thursday, 12 September to Sunday, 15 September. Over 20 food stalls will gather on the market square in front of the historic town hall and on Neutorplatz to offer their delicious dishes. During these four days, visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in different culinary worlds and discover a variety of food and drink to suit every taste.

The City Food Festival will open on Thursday at 4 pm. At the weekend, Friday to Sunday, the food stalls will open at 12 noon and offer food and drinks until late in the evening.

Family atmosphere with music

The City Food Festival promises to be a lively event full of culinary delights, entertainment and community spirit. DJs and live bands will alternate on 2 small stages, adding to the chilled and informal atmosphere with their beats.
