You would like to make your property accessible from the public road, for example for a parking space? As the property owner, you always require the approval of the "Mobility and Environment" department of the city of Bocholt for the construction or conversion of an access road, which can be applied for via the Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW.

If your property is already accessible via an existing access road, additional parking spaces on your property must be accessed via this existing access road, unless the approval for your building construction project from the "Urban Planning and Building Regulations" department of the City of Bocholt specifies separately regulated access roads.

In the event of approval, the access road shall be completed within one year by an approved specialist company. The costs incurred for the construction project (administrative fees and construction costs) are to be borne by the applicant. After the expiry of a one-year period for the completion of the approved construction measure, the permit expires and may have to be re-applied for at the City of Bocholt (department "Mobility and Environment").
