About the individual workshops
Market opportunity in the Netherlands - giving chance a helping hand in the neighbouring market
Speaker: Karina Holtkamp, WFG für den Kreis Borken mbH
The Dutch market is right on our doorstep. Without much effort, female entrepreneurs and female managers can expand their market radius to the west and utilise the local economic potential. However, the proximity to the market is often not actively utilised.
Occasional contacts are made by chance and only later prove to be valuable customer relationships. However, a long-term and sustainable commitment abroad requires a strategic basis and an intensive examination of the target market "Netherlands" and its corporate culture.
In the workshop, concrete options for establishing and developing activities in the neighbouring country will be presented: Where can I find (market) information? How can I make myself visible online in the neighbouring country? And which networks, platforms and public support services will help me get started in the neighbouring country?
The second part of the workshop will focus on stumbling blocks that need to be considered when entering the cross-border market.

Don't let up now - how to stay on the ball in challenging times
Speaker: Claudia Hoffmann, Coaching and Mentoring, Dülmen
Perseverance is one of the top qualities that every female entrepreneur or female manager should have. However, especially in difficult times - be it due to external circumstances or personal, family problems - it is difficult to always persevere in the pursuit of one's own business goal.
In this workshop, we will work together to develop strategies that will help you to remember your own strengths and resources in challenging times. The workshop includes a return to the origins of one's own business idea, as this is where important keys lie for consistently pursuing one's own goals.

Women at Work - healthy self-leadership for full performance
Speaker: Dr Katharina Kessel, biologist and coach Body & Balance, Greven
Even if we sometimes want to believe it, there is no way around our biology. Efficient work and strong (self-)leadership starts with nothing less than our own health. However, our working world is still a sub-optimal environment from a biological point of view, especially for women.
What conditions can companies offer and what measures can managers, employees and the self-employed take themselves? In this workshop, we will look at healthy self-management through the lens of biology and how it can increase our performance at work and positively influence our career options.
Venue: Room A 1.1.08
Reflect on your own career path with the career chart
Speaker: Prof Dr Kerstin Ettl
If you want to set the right course for your own professional development in the future, it helps to reflect on your own career path with its ups and downs. In this workshop, participants learn about the "career chart" method and apply it under professional guidance.
