Traffic: bottleneck on Meckenemstraße

From next Monday, 19 February, there will be traffic disruptions on the Bocholt city ring road. On Meckenemstraße, opposite the shopping arcades just before the junction with Hohenzollernstraße, traffic will be restricted to one lane for several weeks.

Reason: Supply lines are being laid for the new construction on Hohenzollernstraße, which is why one lane of the "outer" ring road will be closed so that cycle and pedestrian traffic can be safely diverted past the construction site.

Road users familiar with the area are advised to drive round the area.
