Online public participation in the development of Bocholt's Aasee lake starts on MondaySwimming season at Lake Aasee begins
Swimming times weekdays 13-18 hrs // weekends, holidays and public holidays 10-18 hrs
The bay at Bocholter Aasee is officially open for swimming from Tuesday, 21 May. The bay at Bocholter Aasee will then be officially open for bathing and the lifeguards will be active. The bathing season lasts until 13 September.
Swimming times are on weekdays between 1pm and 6pm, on weekends, holidays and public holidays between 10am and 6pm
Swimming is only permitted during these supervised times and up to the buoy chain. The flag on the supervisor's house must be "green".
The water quality is constantly monitored by the city council during the bathing season to ensure safe bathing.
