"Mayor on the spot": Kerkhoff invites citizens to open exchange

"Mayor on the spot" is the motto under which Bocholt's Mayor Thomas Kerkhoff invites Bocholt citizens to an open exchange in an informal atmosphere. Current issues that affect the people in the district can be discussed there. The series starts on Thursday, 28 September, in the new neighbourhood meeting place at Bärendorfstraße 24. Citizens living in the south-western area of Bocholt are cordially invited.

Registration is not required. Questions can be submitted in advance by e-mail to buergermeister-vor-ort(at)bocholt(dot)de. Following the open exchange, there will be the opportunity for a short, confidential one-on-one discussion with Mayor Kerkhoff.

Bocholt Southwest

The Bocholt-Southwest area is bordered to the north by the Bocholter Aa and the inner city ring road, to the east by the railway line and to the south and west by the B67 and the motorway feeder road. The area includes, for example, the Klostergarten, the St. Josef church and the "Guter Hirte" retirement home. The largest streets are Alfred-Flender-Straße, Karolingerstraße and Hohenzollernstraße.

Next date

The next "Bürgermeister vor Ort" meeting will take place on 23 November in the parish hall of the Christuskirche and is aimed at citizens living in the north-eastern part of Bocholt.
