Repair work on podium bridge in Kubaai

From Monday 16 September, maintenance work will be carried out underneath the podium bridge in Bocholt's Kubaai. A pontoon will be erected on the river Aa to serve as a floating work platform. The construction work is expected to take a week.

The bridge is being repaired as part of warranty claims. This involves replacing corroded fasteners at various points and taking corrosion protection measures.

Pedestrians and cyclists will be able to cross the bridge as usual during the work.
