New internet service: development plans available digitally from 2025

Functions of the "GeoDataAtlas" of the Borken district are extended

The Borken district has added an important function to its "GeoDatenAtlas": the development plans of the district's towns and municipalities are now also available in this digital map system.

The district administration is thus expanding its internet-based service for the planning and development of construction projects for all interested parties. The new service can be accessed online at the following link: https: //www.kreis-borken.de/bauleitplanung.

With the integration of the development plans into the "GeoDatenAtlas", users can recognise after selecting a plot of land whether the plot is located within the scope of a development plan. If this is the case, the plan drawing with the stipulations and the corresponding explanatory statement can be called up as a PDF file.

In addition to the original plan, the existing modification plans or design statutes for the property in question are also displayed there. This provides private developers, architectural firms or companies with important information that is necessary for the planning of construction projects in a clear and easily accessible format.
