City of Bocholt digitises municipal list of interested parties
Registration in future online via the municipal website // Citizens can edit entries themselves
As part of the digitalisation of municipal processes, the municipal list of interested parties for residential building plots is being converted to a digital format. Citizens can now register online on the list of interested parties and edit their entry there.
To use this service, registration on the municipal website is necessary. There are currently just under 2300 interested parties on this list. These interested parties will be informed by post for the last time about their previously provided address. For the changeover, it is necessary that all interested parties who are already on the list transfer their personal data themselves. Otherwise, the entries in the list of interested parties will be deleted.
Previous interested parties will receive a code by post
In the coming days, interested parties already on the list will receive an information letter containing a personal code. Via this code, these interested parties will be given the opportunity to keep their original entry date. The data must be transferred within a set deadline of 28 July 2023. After this deadline, the interested parties can only re-register and thus receive the date of a new registration.
Citizens can edit and delete their entry independently after the transfer to the digital list of interested parties. From now on, new entries in the municipal list of interested parties are also only possible via the online form on the website of the city of Bocholt.
The interested parties who will be registered in future will receive information about the start of the tendering process for municipal housing plots by e-mail. The list of interested parties can be found online at www.bocholt.de/wohnbaugrundstuecke, where citizens can also find useful tips and information on the subject of housing plots.
