13 residential building plots available in Biemenhorst and Lowick
Application procedure runs from 15 November up to and including 13 December 2024
The city of Bocholt is now awarding 13 building plots in the Biemenhorst and Lowick development areas. Applications can be submitted digitally via the city website from Friday, 15 November 2024. The online forms will be activated at 9 am. The application period ends on Friday, 13 December 2024, at 11.59 pm.
The city of Bocholt is currently offering six leasehold properties in Biemenhorst ("Tenbrocks Land"), which belong to the Catholic parish of Liebfrauen. In addition, there are seven plots for sale on the site of the former primary school on Elsenpass in the Lowick district.
The application process was organised entirely digitally. Interested parties can obtain comprehensive information at www.bocholt.de/wohnbaugrundstuecke, register on the list of interested parties or submit an application. However, registration on the list of interested parties is not a prerequisite for an application. All applications are free of charge and non-binding.
People who are already registered on the City of Bocholt's digital list of interested parties will be informed by e-mail when the application phase begins. The closing date for applications is Friday, 13 December 2024, at 11.59 pm. Applications received after this time will be given lower priority. The guidelines of the City of Bocholt dated 12 November 2014 apply to the awarding of the prize.
