Summer concert: music school ensembles present 300 years of music history

On Sunday, 16 June, the Bocholt-Isselburg Music School is holding a summer concert with various ensembles from the music school in the Christuskirche on Münsterstraße in Bocholt. The concert starts at 4 pm. Admission is free.
Various ensembles from the music school, including the mini strings and the string band under the direction of Christiane Schröder, the recorder ensemble and the recorder quartet under the direction of Theres Kommescher and the plucked string orchestra "Vielsaitig" under the direction of Jörn Weinrich, will present a varied programme of music.
The audience can expect a journey through 300 years of music history - from the Renaissance to pop and from Mozart to musicals. The "Vielsaitig" ensemble will also be offering culinary delights.
The ensembles will be accompanied by Amelie Betting and Avgustina Kullas on the piano.
Over 30 pupils aged between 6 and 38 will be taking part in the concert.
