Music school: mini-concerts at the Lernwerk and Textilwerk

From Monday, 24 March to Friday, 28 March 2025, music students will present their skills to the public in short concerts. The concerts will take place for the first time at Bocholter Lernwerk (Industriestraße 1). Admission is free. Registration is not required.

This year, the music school is once again holding its traditional audition week "Music School in Concert" and organising small mini-concerts every day.

This gives the pupils the opportunity to present their skills to a small audience. For the first time, the concerts will take place at Bocholter Lernwerk. The auditions will begin at the top of the hour in the large event hall on the first floor, in the music school's event hall on the third floor and in other music school rooms. There will also be an open orchestra rehearsal for the string orchestras in the Bocholt textile factory.

Not only the venue is new this year, but also the content concept. Unlike in previous years, the concerts will be organised on an interdisciplinary basis. The audience can therefore look forward to a varied programme.

Registration is not required. Admission is free.
