Acting workshop "Girls-Power" for girls from 10 to 14 years of age

The basics of acting can be learned from Friday, 25 August, to Saturday, 26 August, from 10 am to 4 pm each day. Then girls aged 10 to 14 who feel like standing on a stage can take part in the two-day workshop "Girls-Power". It starts at 10 a.m. in the refectory building, Benölkenplatz 1 in Bocholt. The course ends at 4 pm.
Registrations are possible via the website of the city of Bocholt. Participation is free of charge.
"Girls who feel like trying out, learning something new, having fun and being on stage are cordially invited to take part in the workshop," says Claudia Borgers, municipal "Kulturrucksack" representative.
Simone Silberzahn, actress and theatre teacher, will improvise with the participants and teach them the basics of acting. With lots of fun, creativity and action, the girls will think up stories and develop theatre scenes together with Simone Silberzahn. Of course, costumes and props are also essential for a successful play. No previous experience is necessary.
