FW Bocholt: Fire at a paint shop in the industrial estate

The Bocholt fire brigade can quickly fight an external fire at a car paint shop in Werkstraße and thus prevent a fire from spreading to the hall of a paint shop.

Late on Thursday afternoon at 5:55 p.m., an alert woman called the Bocholt fire brigade's operations centre to report a fire in the area of a commercial hall. The emergency services arrived promptly and were able to quickly knock down the fire with a jet pipe and promptly prevent it from spreading to the neighbouring paint shop.

Due to the initial report, the volunteer fire brigade was alerted as a precautionary measure. We were on the scene for 45 minutes with a total of 7 vehicles and 35 members of the Bocholt fire brigade.
