FW Bocholt: Cellar fire in Holtwick

The fire and rescue services of the city of Bocholt were alerted to a cellar fire in a residential building on Mähneweg in Bocholt Holtwick at around 9.55 pm on Sunday evening.
The resident had been alerted to the fire by the installed smoke alarms and had already left the house unharmed by the time the emergency services arrived.
A fire brigade unit, protected by breathing apparatus, entered the cellar and was able to extinguish the fire quickly.
The fire and rescue services were on site with a total of eleven firefighters and four vehicles.
