Bocholt electoral office opens on 10 February
Reason: Admission procedure for parties for the Bundestag election still underway // Already 5,000 applications for postal votes
The Bocholt electoral office at Schleusenwall 1 will open on Monday, 10 February. The reason for this is that the authorisation procedure for parties wishing to take part in the early Bundestag elections has not yet been completed. Consequently, the ballot papers are not yet available. This is announced by the Bocholt electoral office, which is currently receiving many calls from citizens with questions about the specific opening date.
Until then, the electoral office can be contacted by telephone on 02871 / 953-2111 and by email at wahlamt(at)bocholt(dot)de.
Over 54,000 election notifications are currently being sent out by post in Bocholt. Anyone who has not received their notification up to and including Saturday, 1 February, should contact the electoral office. Interest in postal voting is high: around 5,000 applications have already been received.
