VHS trip to Utrecht

Under the motto "Beleef Utrecht als een echte Utregter", the adult education centre (VHS) Bocholt-Rhede-Isselburg is offering a city tour to Utrecht on Saturday, 21 September, which will also train your Dutch language skills. The day trip will be led by Dutch expert Jutta Ingala. Bus stops are offered in Rhede, Bocholt and Isselburg. Participation costs 55 euros.

Utrecht, the fourth largest city in the Netherlands, is famous for its rich history, picturesque canals, historic buildings and vibrant atmosphere. Medieval architecture and modernity, colourful districts, a lively cultural scene and many charming squares come together here. A towering cathedral tower is the city's landmark.

Under the guidance of Dutch lecturer Jutta Ingala, participants will go on a relaxed walk through the historic city centre and learn lots of interesting facts. At the same time, Dutch language skills will be put to the test. Participants should have a good basic knowledge of the language. There is plenty of time for individual activities, such as a stroll or lunch. Or you can take a packed lunch with you - "typical Nederlands".
