VHS lecture: "Rauszeit - Insight - Finding yourself in your roles"

On Thursday, 6 February, the Bocholt-Rhede-Isselburg Adult Education Centre (VHS) invites you to a lecture entitled "Rauszeit - Insight - Sich selbst in seinen Rollen finden". The event starts at 19:30 in the Bocholt Media Centre (Hindenburgstr. 5). The entrance fee is 8 euros. Seats can be reserved at www.vhs-bocholt.de. Remaining tickets are available at the box office.

People take on different roles in everyday life. But who am I myself? And what corresponds to my true nature? Many people ask themselves these questions. Speaker and coach Stephan Kamps has the answers. In his lecture, Kamps invites you to join him on a journey and ask yourself the question: "Who am I really in my game of life?"

For those interested in delving deeper into the topic, the VHS is offering a meditation series led by Stephan Kamps entitled "ZEIT FÜR DICH - Meditationen aus fernen Ländern". The first event will take place on Tuesday, 25 February, from 7:45 - 9 pm at LernWerk Bocholt (Industriestraße 1). All events in the meditation series can be attended independently of each other.
