VHS course: Leading teams and groups well

What it takes to lead groups and teams well and in a targeted manner will be shown in a one-day seminar at the Adult Education Centre Bocholt-Rhede-Isselburg on Saturday, 23 September. Those interested in refreshing and expanding their knowledge can register at www.vhs-bocholt.de.
Mission clarification, team building, role clarity and dealing with conflicts are typical tasks that leaders and managers deal with. The course entitled "Systemic coaching in groups and teams - settings and methods" uses practical examples to show how this can succeed. Participants can bring in their own case studies.
The course lasts from 10-17 hrs and takes place at the Weiterbildungszentrum am Stenerner Weg. The participation fee is 120 euros.
