Large ESB Children's Flea Market on 17 September
Make-up date for event fixed // 120 stands on Schaffeldstraße
On Sunday, 17 September, there will be the popular children's flea market of the Entsorgungs- und Servicebetrieb (ESB). Well-preserved children's items will be sold at over 120 stalls from 2 to 5 pm.
The children's flea market was originally scheduled to take place at the beginning of June, but had to be cancelled at short notice. Now, on 17 September, it will be held again.
Large range of children's items
Dolls, books, games, children's clothes, Lego and Playmobil: there will again be a wide range of children's items, says organiser Karin Kalka-Freundt from the ESB. All families who have registered for a stand have now been contacted and have received a stand number. "The space is completely booked," says Kalka-Freundt.
An attractive supporting programme
At the information stand of the waste advisory service, which can be found in the entrance area of the recycling centre, children can paint small clay pots and colour them according to their wishes. They will then be filled with sowing soil and planted with nasturtium seeds. At the back of the site, there will be a rubbish truck demonstration where an ESB employee will answer questions about rubbish collection. The young visitors will also be able to climb into a real refuse collection vehicle.
To round off the programme, the Kinderschutzbund Bocholt will be offering a cafeteria. In addition to coffee and cake, cold drinks and freshly baked waffles will be available. An attractive programme awaits the young and old visitors to the children's flea market on Sunday afternoon.
The children's flea market is organised by the waste advisory service of the waste disposal and service company.
