Holy Week and Easter: When are the bins emptied?

Next week is already Holy Week - and that means that there will be shifts in waste collection. According to the city, the bins that would actually be emptied on Good Friday (29 March) will be emptied next Saturday (23 March) - just under a week earlier.

The rubbish bins will be emptied as usual on all other days during Holy Week. This is announced by the waste disposal and service company (ESB).

Please note: The bins will not be emptied on Easter Monday either! All tours that would otherwise be scheduled for Monday, 1 April, will be postponed by one day. This affects the yellow bins in areas P to T/Z, the paper bins in areas F to J/Z and the residual waste bins.
