Hermann Mayland with the ESB for 25 years

Hermann Mayland from Bocholt celebrates 25 years of service at Entsorgungs- und Servicebetrieb Bocholt (ESB) on 1 July. The native of Bocholt and trained gardener distinguished himself in his stations in the private sector not only with his gardening skills but also with his skill in dealing with technical equipment as well as maintenance and repair.

As an accomplished all-round craftsman, he continues to use his skills today for the benefit of the people of Bocholt. Thus, in addition to the irrigation systems of the sports fields, Mr Mayland is responsible for all water features in the city, from the smallest fountain to the Aa Lake fountain.

Even in his spare time, the father of two children gardens passionately.
