Motto Thursday in September: "Strassenentheater zum Heimat Shoppen"

The popular Motto Thursday, organised and run by ISG Altstadt Bocholt e.V., takes place every 1st Thursday of the month. Motto Thursday celebrates its first anniversary in September, as the new series of city centre events organised by ISG Altstadt Bocholt was launched in September 2023. The city centre events provide variety and entertainment for all age groups with different themes to suit the season and situation.

In September, the motto for Thursday is "Strassenentheater zum Heimatshoppen". On 5 September, visitors to Bocholt's city centre can experience an entertaining and funny afternoon. Many different street artists such as jugglers, clowns, magicians and street musicians will provide unforgettable moments. As always, there is also the opportunity to enjoy a tasty snack or a cosy glass of wine at the Bocholt evening market. The street theatre activities start on Thursday at 3 pm and continue on Friday and Saturday. Juggler Schnecke, clown Georg, the StandART circus theatre, the SoS mobile band, magician Fred Funke and many other artists will impress city centre visitors with exciting performances.

With these events, the city centre community offers customers something special and once again draws attention to the fact that a visit to Bocholt's city centre can be a fun experience in addition to shopping and strolling around.
