"Farmers Rock Festival 2025": Hits by Genesis, Queen, The Rolling Stones and U2

Music fans, watch out: On Saturday, 9 August 2025, the second cross-municipal music festival of the neighbouring towns of Bocholt and Hamminkeln will take place. Four popular tribute bands will perform at the Grün-Weiß Lankern club grounds and play more than six hours of hits by Genesis, Queen, The Rolling Stones and U2.

Following the huge success of the first festival in 2019, the "Woodstock Revival Festival", the organisers of the Farmers Rock Festival, Stadtmarketing Bocholt and F.C. Grün-Weiß Lankern 1975, have already started planning a sequel to the festival spectacle.

Four first-class tribute bands have confirmed their participation in the "Farmers Rock Festival": Feel Collins, (D), The Queenkings (D), Not the Rolling Stones (UK) and L.A.vation (USA) will come as close as possible to their famous musical role models. "We have decided on a selection of the best cover bands from the last 50 years of rock history - fitting for our 50th club anniversary", reports club host Gerd Abels-Vehns.

"We are delighted that we have been able to secure four first-class tribute bands for the Farmers Rock Festival. The premier league of cover bands is coming to us in the countryside and is guaranteed to entertain the visitors", adds Anna Schmitz from Stadtmarketing Bocholt.

Tickets for the music festival are now available at www.bocholt-gutschein.de/tickets or at the Tourist-Info Bocholt (Nordstraße 14, Bocholt).

Opening hours Tourist-Info: Mon-Fri 10:00 - 18:00 and Sat 10:00 - 14:00.

The price per ticket is 34.90 euros. Ticket dispatch slightly more expensive. So if you are looking for a special Christmas present for yourself or others, you should go for it.
