Live music in the city invites you to celebrate

For many years, the Bocholt Pub Night has been part of Bocholt's annual calendar of events. This shows how much the people of Bocholt enjoy going on a pub crawl with music. As in 2022 after a two-year break from Corona, this year's motto on Sunday 30 April 2023 will again be: "bands in town", the Bocholt pub night. The participating pubs offer good and handmade live music and Tim Becker from Stadtmarketing Bocholt, in cooperation with the landlords and the selected musicians, has once again managed to spread everyone out well.

Variety of pubs and music styles

The repertoire of the bands and the music styles are, just like the pubs, very diverse, so that every music fan can find what suits him or her. Every visitor is advised to visit as many pubs and bars as possible and listen to a wide variety of music styles during the five hours of the event from 8pm to 1am.

Advance ticket sales start at the beginning of April

Tickets cost €13 and will be available from Thursday 6 April at all participating pubs, the Kinodrom, Tourist-Info, Stadt-Kurier and Stadtmarketing. Anyone who buys their ticket by 18 April 2023 will automatically be entered into a prize draw for 10 x 5 litre Bitburger party kegs as well as drink vouchers from the participating establishments. All winners will be announced in the Stadt-Kurier on Friday, 21 April 2023. Those who decide at short notice can buy their ticket at the box office on site in the participating pubs. Then the price per ticket is 20,- €. With the tickets, visitors receive free admission to all participating pubs. The ticket will be exchanged for an admission wristband at the entrance, which will then be used to enter the pubs throughout the evening. "It's great that we can offer the popular pub night for the second time after the long Corona period. If individual pubs are too busy for the landlord to declare a temporary admission stop, there are still plenty of alternatives," explains Tim Becker. As usual, the "baccara" opens its doors "only" at 10 p.m. and invites visitors aged 21 and over to the "bands in town" after-show party! Admission wristbands can be purchased at the box office of the "baccara" between 10.00 pm and 12.00 am. After midnight, every guest who can show a "bands in town" wristband will be admitted free of charge.
