Big Sports & Culture Action Day on Saturday in Langenbergpark
Successful action series continues // 45 hands-on stations in Langenbergpark
Next Saturday, 9 September, there will be a highlight on the programme for children, young people and families: at the big Sports & Culture Action Day there will be 45 hands-on stations and stalls and lots of live music in Langenbergpark from 2 pm.
The "Sport & Culture" action day takes place every two years in Bocholt, most recently in 2021. Visitors can look forward to many hands-on stations and an attractive stage programme from the fields of sport, movement, dance and music.
Whether it's surfing, bungee trampolining or creative activities from the Kulturrucksack NRW project - there's something for everyone. As always, all the activities on offer are completely free of charge. Those who have actively participated in at least 10 stations will also receive a great medal combined with the opportunity to participate in a raffle, where the main prize is a new bicycle.
The event is once again jointly organised by the City of Bocholt (Department of Culture and Education and the Department of Youth, Family, School and Sport), the Stadt-Sport-Verband Bocholt and the Wirtschaftsförderungs- und Stadtmarketing Gesellschaft Bocholt mbH & Co. KG. The event is supported by Volksbank Bocholt and BEW and, of course, many Bocholt clubs and groups from the fields of sport, youth and culture.
Between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. there will also be food and drinks available at several stalls in Langenbergpark, so there will be an opportunity to fortify yourself and recharge your batteries between the numerous activities.

A flyer with all the stalls and activities as well as an overview of the stage programme is available on the municipal website at www.bocholt.de/sportundkultur.
