Mayor Kerkhoff welcomes new family doctor
Franziska Badrow practices in Dr Enno Meyer's practice // Strengthening local general medical care
A new family doctor has started work in Bocholt: Franziska Badrow practices in the practice of Dr Enno Meyer. Mayor Kerkhoff and the BOHRIS doctors' network welcomed the young doctor and are delighted that general medical care in Bocholt will be further strengthened.
Bradow doesn't need any time to familiarise herself: she has been working as a training assistant at the practice of Dr Meyer/Oehmen since August 2020. After successfully passing her specialist examination in November 2023, she joined Dr Enno Meyer's practice as an employed doctor. During the coronavirus pandemic, Badrow worked at the municipal vaccination centre.
Meyer, who has been running a joint practice with Dr Klaus Oehmen since 2019, has not only modernised the practice, but has also been involved in promoting young talent. Franziska Bradow is a permanent employee at his practice and the next training assistant is already supporting the team.
Both Badrow and Dr Meyer are members of the BOHRIS doctors' network, which underlines their solidarity and commitment to healthcare in Bocholt.
Bocholt's mayor Thomas Kerkhoff welcomes the expansion of medical services in Bocholt and thanked Dr Meyer for his commitment to promoting the next generation of doctors. He emphasised the importance of a well-functioning GP practice for the healthcare of the local population and is delighted with the addition of Badrow.
