Food for the Monkeys
...is an eight-piece band from the Dormagen area.Founded in 2009 by singer and frontman Tevo, Tevo played his songs in various line-ups.
From the status of a project, a permanent band has formed, whose line-up only became complete in 2018. Not only some of Tevo's previous songs, but also many new pieces developed together are firmly anchored in today's repertoire.
"Food for the Monkeys" is characterised by eight conceivably different characters who have become not only fellow musicians but also good friends in a very short time.
Whether life artist, family man, nature boy or technology lover: they all come together here and are united. The partly different musical tastes are covered by the most diverse music styles, but all in the pop / reggae / rock oriented "Food for the Monkeys - style".
Listen in and let your hips swing, because there really should be something for everyone here! Or as we like to say: "Give the monkey some sugar!".
The recently released 2nd album "Grow" comprises 8 songs and can be found on various platforms.
