A microphone, the slammers on stage, about 150 jury members. Slam in the Molke - that's it! Anyone who has been to the last sold-out events knows the principle of the poetry slam: a handful of poets compete against each other in a verbal fistfight with texts they have written themselves. Only the audience decides who gets ahead in this word sport and takes home the victory at the end. Everything that is self-written is allowed: poetry, short stories, anecdotes.

The slam in the Molke brings together experienced talents from all over Germany with local up-and-coming slammers. So the audience at the poetry slam gets a mighty earful: from funny to thoughtful, from lyrically sophisticated to chaotically creative.

What can be expected: Furious poetry slam, a moderator duo in at least a great mood and an audience eager for escalation.
