  25. In all other cases, the organiser shall not be liable for slight negligence.

  26. individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, inadmissible or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The invalid, inadmissible or unenforceable clause shall be replaced by provisions whose effects come as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid, inadmissible or unenforceable clause. Any rights arising from the legal relationship on which these conditions of participation are based are not transferable to third parties by the participant. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
