On Friday, 7 February, Bocholt's fourth-graders will receive their half-year reports. They will also receive the registration forms for secondary schools. All information can be found on the city's website.
Enrolment at secondary schools takes place in the following periods:

At the Städt. Comprehensive school from 10 to 12 March 2025

At the secondary modern schools from 10 to 13 March 2025
-
At the Realschulen from 10 to 12 March 2025
-
At grammar schools from 8 to 13 March 2025
In addition to the half-year report card for year 4, parents will also need the yellow enrolment form and the completed enrolment form, which are handed out to pupils with their report cards, as well as their birth certificate or family record book.
"Bocholt offers a diverse and well-positioned school landscape with great opportunities for every child", emphasises Bocholt's First City Councillor Björn Volmering. "Whether grammar school, secondary school, comprehensive school or secondary modern school, each type of school has its strengths. The most important question is: Where does my child feel comfortable and can it develop in the best possible way?", says Volmering.
