Exhibition opening: Neutorplatz becomes an open-air gallery

The exhibition "People-Work-Future" will be on display in Bocholt city centre from 8 to 31 March

On Monday, 10 March, the exhibition opening of the photo competition "People-Work-Future" will take place at 5 pm in front of the Stadtsparkasse. The exhibition shows the many challenges and joys of pedagogical professional life.

From 8 to 31 March, Neutorplatz in Bocholt will be transformed into an open-air gallery offering insights into the multifaceted everyday life of pedagogical professions. As part of the photo competition "People - Work - Future", organised by the Employer's Liability Insurance Association for Health and Welfare (BGW), photographs will be shown that highlight the many challenges and joys of working in education.

The exhibition will be opened on 10 March at 5 pm by First City Councillor Björn Volmering on Neutorplatz (in front of the Stadtsparkasse). Interested citizens are cordially invited to attend the event, which will offer space for discussions and dialogue in addition to the photographs on display. The exhibition will then be freely accessible every day until 31 March.

The works on display illustrate how formative the work of educators, teachers and other educational professionals is for our society and how they not only accompany children and young people as they grow up, but also help to actively shape our common future. The photographs impressively capture the everyday life of these professions.
