Information evening with city treasurer Jennifer Schlaghecken

The city's finances are and remain an important topic in politics and administration, often accompanied by discussions. It is therefore sensible and important to inform Bocholt's citizens and businesses in particular about the city's financial situation and the double budget for 2025/2026.

In this context, Wirtschaftsförderung Bocholt and IHK Nord Westfalen are inviting interested entrepreneurs and citizens to an information evening on the city's double budget for 2025/2026. The event will take place on Tuesday, 14 January 2025 at 5.00 pm with a small catering in the LernWerk Bocholt meeting room, Industriestraße 1 in Bocholt.

In recent years, IHK Nord Westfalen and Wirtschaftsförderung Bocholt have already ensured transparency with this event format and invited entrepreneurs and interested citizens to this presentation date. There were often lively discussions and interested questions were asked. "It is important to us as the Administrative Board to present the budget situation of the city of Bocholt with openness and transparency. A public meeting with our treasurer Jennifer Schlaghecken is a good opportunity for interested citizens to find out first-hand about the topic and thus the use of taxpayers' money", says Mayor Thomas Kerkhoff, emphasising the purpose of the event.

Registrations are possible under Registration Finance Bocholt until 13 January 2025.
