Sports: All grass pitches in Bocholt closed

Due to the current rainfall, all turf fields throughout the city are currently unplayable and therefore cannot be used today, Monday, January 16, 2023.

"The grass pitches in the city area are very soft due to the rainfall and would suffer considerable damage if used," said the responsible staff of the ESB municipal sports ground control after checking the conditions of the pitches on Monday morning.

The artificial turf and clay pitches are not affected by the closure.
