What should I do after my Abitur or Fachabitur?
Bocholt and Rheder pupils can find out more on Thursday, 21 March, at the 22nd University Advice Day in Bocholt
What to do after the Abitur or Fachabitur? For many pupils in Bocholt and Rheden who have not yet made up their minds, the Bocholt University Advice Day (HBT) is an ideal opportunity to find out about the wide range of study options and dual training programmes. On Thursday, 21 March 2024 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., there will be the opportunity to obtain advice on various degree courses and general conditions in 84 advisory sessions.
The JUNGE UNI in Bocholt and the Bocholt-Rhede-Isselburg Adult Education Centre (VHS), together with the HBT organising association (all schools plus the University of Münster, Westphalian University of Applied Sciences Gelsenkirchen-Recklinghausen-Bocholt, Employment Agency, Stadtsparkasse Bocholt, City of Bocholt), are offering a university advice day on which student advisors, university lecturers and students from a wide range of disciplines will provide information about degree programmes and their general conditions.
Flyers and posters with QR codes were distributed to all grammar schools, comprehensive schools and vocational colleges. Interested parties can also log on to the VHS homepage at www.vhs-bocholt.de. The offer not only provides information about the various subjects, but also about financing studies, part-time study and bridging programmes such as the FSJ, Bufdi and Co.
This year, 20 institutions are taking part: University of Münster, Münster Academy of Art, Westphalian University of Applied Sciences Gelsenkirchen-Recklinghausen-Bocholt, Employment Agency, City of Bocholt, Münster University of Applied Sciences, IST Düsseldorf, TU Dortmund University, Bochum University of Health, NRW University of Applied Sciences for Finance, Federal Police Academy, NRW Police, RWTH Aachen University, Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, NRW Catholic University, Bocholt District Court, Hagen University of Distance Learning, Vamos Juntos, and two Dutch universities (University Twente and Saxion).
