Agnes Klinkenberg retires from Bocholt city council

When it came to registering pupils at schools or school regulations of all kinds, nobody could fool Agnes Klinkenberg: The 65-year-old is now retiring from Bocholt city council.

The trained bank clerk worked for the administration for 22 years, initially as a school secretary at Martin and Kreuzschule and later in the school division, whose organisational merger with the youth welfare office she actively supported in 2011. Klinkenberg remained friendly and calm, conscientious and correct even in stressful situations. Colleagues appreciated her collegial nature.
