New centre in Stenern: Revised concept available

There is movement in the planning in Stenern: The investor for the planned local shopping centre on Klemens-Honsel-Weg has submitted a revised concept that includes both structural adjustments and a new timetable. This brings the construction of the centre a decisive step closer.

Next Tuesday, 8 October, the components of the contract and the further procedure will be presented to politicians in the non-public part of the City of Bocholt's building committee.

A modern local shopping centre is planned in Stenern: in addition to a large food market, a bakery and a café are also planned.
