Musikschule Bocholt-Isselburg: Music school half-year begins April 1, 2022

On April 1, 2022, the new music school semester begins at the Bocholt-Isselburg Music School. New: For the first time, registrations are now also accepted online. Interested parties can register online via the music school's website at www.bocholt.de/rathaus/kultur-und-bildung/musikschule-bocholt-isselburg or via the "Citizen Services" section of the municipal homepage.

Whether the family of string or wind instruments, keyboard instruments, guitar (acoustic and electric) or percussion: the complete range of instruments to be learned is offered. New courses for early musical education and parent-child groups are also starting.

Music school director Claudia Borgers is pleased with the possibility of registering via the Internet: "The new online form makes it easy to select the right instrument or range of lessons, as well as the desired form of instruction, such as individual or partner lessons, and also the 10-ticket for adults." All required data can be deposited, and after the form has been submitted, there is a response by mail regarding the receipt of the registration. "This simplifies the process for those interested in music," says Borgers.

But the digital and paperless process is also helpful for further processing at the music school, so that students can be assigned to the desired instrument or lesson quickly. Cancellations are now also possible online. In addition, traditional registration is still possible at the music school's secretary's office (Salierstr. 6). Even more convenient with the NRW service account

By the way: Filling out the forms is even easier and faster if the applicant identifies himself/herself with the Service Account NRW. To do this, they must register once on the state-wide portal at www.servicekonto.nrw. Once proof of identity has been provided, various municipal services are then available online, provided that municipalities in North Rhine-Westphalia - such as Bocholt - link them to the NRW service account. The applicant's basic data is then automatically entered in the form fields.

The city of Bocholt recommends that Bocholt citizens register with Servicekonto NRW, as the Bocholt administration will in future link many more of its municipal services, which can be handled digitally and therefore do not require a personal appearance, with Servicekonto NRW.

Registration via Servicekonto NRW is a voluntary offer to citizens.
