Online seminar for women with leadership responsibility

On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, there will be an online seminar aimed at women with leadership responsibilities - in departments, companies, projects or voluntary work. The speaker is Anja Schröer, a qualified businesswoman, trainer and consultant. The Equal Opportunities Office of the City of Bocholt invites you to attend. Virtual communication has rapidly gained in importance as a result of the current situation. It is becoming apparent that a "hybrid" working life will be the path to a new future of work - with all its advantages and disadvantages. In this seminar, women will learn how they as leaders can best adapt to this situation in the long term and how they can optimally take their employees along with them on this journey.
