Additional collection point for green waste at parking lot "Unter den Eichen

The waste disposal and service company (ESB) is once again setting up an additional acceptance point for green waste at the "Unter den Eichen" parking lot.

In October, green waste can be dropped off on two Saturdays, October 1 and 29, from 9-12.

In November, a vehicle will be available specifically for green waste acceptance on Saturdays, November 5, 12, 19 and 26 from 9-12. No waste may be placed there outside of these hours.

The green waste must be unloaded by yourself. Only a maximum quantity of 2 cbm will be accepted. Tree trunks, tree roots, branches with a diameter of more than 10 cm, topsoil, grass ploughs and lawn cuttings will not be accepted.

To protect against corona infection, a distance of 1.5 meters should be maintained and a mask worn.

The green waste collection point "Unter den Eichen" complements the services offered by the recycling center on Schaffeldstraße. Green waste can be dropped off there all year round.

Alternatively, private households can borrow leaf garbage cans for a fee from the ESB for the fall season(more information).
