Selection procedure at a glance

Would you like to know how the selection process works? No problem! We'll give you a rough overview of our procedure here.

Within the application deadline

After you have sent your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

It can always happen that we do not receive all the documents from you that we need for our selection process. We will then simply request them from you during the application period.

After the application deadline

For all apprenticeships and degree programmes, we take enough time after the application deadline to review and check all applications.

If you meet all the requirements, you will promptly receive an invitation from us to the next step. This may vary depending on the training occupation/programme. However, the goal is always that we get to know each other.

Bachelor of Laws

First, we invite all applicants who basically meet the requirements for the dual study programme "Bachelor of Laws" to a short meeting. This will probably be followed by an assessment centre, which usually consists of individual and group tasks and interviews.

For all other apprenticeships and degree programmes, we invite you to a selection interview. It may happen that you have to prepare a task that you can then present to us in your interview. You will receive more detailed information about this in the invitation. We are also happy to offer you the opportunity to accompany us for another day after your selection interview so that you can get a more detailed impression of the training occupation/programme.
