Work academy

The Werkakademie Bocholt is a project of the Borken district. There are also three other locations in the district. Since 2014, the Werkakademie has been run by a multi-professional team as part of an extended case management programme.

The aim of this programme is to provide individual support to participants. Depending on their needs, group or individual coaching sessions are available. Job application training and work with the Talent Compass round off the programme.

The newly introduced seminars are currently proving very popular. In all of the programmes, participants clarify their point of view, discuss obstacles and broaden their perspective. This makes professional integration easier. The coaches liaise closely with the responsible case managers.
